The One Touch Flash is based on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system and is fitted with a 5.5 inch IPS display with HD screen resolution of 1280×720 pixels. Powering the smartphone is a 1.4 GHz octa-core MediaTek MTK6592M processor that is teamed up with 1 GB of RAM. The imaging aspects of the Alcatel offering include a 13 MP primary snapper that is accompanied with LED flash for a better low light photography. The 5 MP secondary snapper at the front looks after the video conferencing and selfies department. There is 8 GB of bundled internal storage capacity in the smartphone that can be extended externally by another 32 GB using a micro SD card. Other goodies onboard the Alcatel One Touch Flash includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and 3G. Furthermore, a 3,200 mAh battery that would definitely suffice in providing a decent backup to the smartphone helping it last for long hours. Alcatel has posted a video hyping that the One Touch Flash would be a Samsung Galaxy Note competitor as it comes with superior specifications. Also, this clip claims that the device comes with HotKnot sharing feature.
