Celkon has started sending media invites for the launch of its flagship smartphone called Millennia Epic on November 19 at an event in New Delhi. Previously, the vendor was believed to launch a new device at the aforementioned date, but only now it has revealed the name of the device. Besides the moniker Celkon does not shed much light on the device, but a Gizbot report claims that the device would arrive with a 5.5 inch display and incorporate a quad-core processor of unspecified chipset. Based on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box, the Celkon Millennia Epic is believed to be priced above Rs 10,000 as it is a flagship smartphone. In the meantime the rumored specifications of the Celkon offering have started making rounds and they include an 8 MP main camera with LED flash and a 2 MP selfie snapper. Also, is could arrive bundled with 16 GB of default storage capacity that can be expanded externally by another 64 GB. Other aspects of the device include MediaTek MT6582 chipset and a 3,500 mAh battery.
