Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth recently in an exclusive interview with The Indian Express said that the Realme 3 will be launched sometime in the Q1 2019. He also hinted that the company is also working on a 48MP camera phone. So, it is possible that Realme 3 is coming with the 48MP camera and probably with the Sony 586 sensor. If we talk about specs, it might sport Mediatek Helio P90 chipset, however, he didn’t say anything about the price and specifications.
Vivo Waterdrop phone
Vivo is said to be working on a smartphone with a unique design. According to a leak, Vivo’s upcoming smartphone is code-named “The Waterdrop.” The tipster named Ice Universe shared two partial images of the device on Twitter. The images show the back and side view of the phone and leave so much to the imagination. However, the leaked images suggest that this could be a true edge to edge screen phone with all glass body. There might be no physical buttons on this phone. Also, the back and front merge smoothly without any metal frame and antenna bands. The leakster says that the phone is inspired by a cosmic detector from a novel and claims that the phone might feature a never-before-seen design.
Redmi flagship phone with Snapdragon 855
The new brand ‘Redmi by Xiaomi’ is now reportedly planning to launch another Redmi phone. The highlight of this phone will be the flagship Snapdragon 855 SoC chipset. Also, the company is planning to launch it under Rs. 26,000. Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun replied to a comment on his Weibo channel that a Redmi device powered by the Snapdragon 855 is making and that will not be a flagship. A GizChina report suggests that the device with the Snapdragon 855 will be priced around CNY 2,500 (Rs. 26,000 approx.). The report seems legit as the company’s Redmi by Xiaomi sub-brand is focused on aggressive pricing.
