Display and Processor: The Moto G has a 4.5 inch screen with a 720p resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. So you can easily enjoy the sharp display of the Moto G without having to worry about it display getting scratched easily. On the other hand, the S5 Plus has a 5 inch screen with a resolution of 960 x 540 pixels and it by no means comes closer to the Moto G. So this one goes to the Motorola offering. The Titanium S5 Plus has a Mediatek MT6582 quad core processor ticking at 1.3 GHz and the same couples with a 1GB RAM to aid multitasking. The Moto G has a 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 400 processor which outshines the Karbonn offering and it also gets a 1GB RAM to go with it. The S5 Plus gets an 1,800 mAh battery which will find it pretty hard to last a day. So the Moto G wins in this department as well. The Moto G runs on Android 4.3 with a promised upgrade to Android 4.4 KitKat in future whereas the S5 Plus runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and it has pretty much no chances of getting an upgrade as well.
