Conclusion
Spice Stellar 524 comes with standard set of hardware and only compelling feature is its 13 MP camera sensor. Karbonn Titanium S19 is already retailing with exactly similar spec sheet, while there are several other Tier one Android brands with competitive products lined up in the same price bracket. If the 13 MP camera works as advertised, it could be a good option if you value specs over rest.
