Apart from the Google Pixel series, Android Q beta will also be available for 12 more brands including OnePlus, Xiaomi, ASUS, Huawei, Nokia, OPPO, Vivo, and Realme, etc. Interestingly, the latest mid-range Pixel 3a series that was announced at the event, did not get this update. Google announced the first developer preview for Android ‘Q’ back in March and then released Beta 2 last month. Android Q is the next major Android update after Android 9 Pie and it comes with several improvements.

If you are a Pixel owner and already on Android Beta Program, you will get the Android Q beta 3 OTA update automatically on your phone. If you use any other smartphone among mentioned above, you can download the update from the Android Developers website. The upcoming Android Q will bring several new features to smartphones.
