The famous camera benchmark testing DxOMark reviewed a Xiaomi smartphone for the first time. The Mi Note 3 has got a score of 90, with which it secures a place in the top 10 list. The Google Pixel 2 still holds the top spot with a whopping score of 98. The mid-range Xiaomi Mi Note 3 was launched back in September 2017 and features a similar dual camera setup as the flagship Xiaomi Mi 6.

If we talk about the camera features, the Mi Note 3 sports a dual camera setup at the back. The dual camera setup comes with two 12MP sensors with portrait mode, 2X optical zoom and dual LED flash. The primary 12MP camera comes with f/1.8 aperture, 4-axis OIS and 1.25μm pixel size. The secondary 12MP camera comes with 52mm portrait lens, f/2.6 aperture and 1.0 μm pixel size. On the front, the device sports a 16MP secondary camera with 2μm pixel size. Speaking about the DxOMark score, the Mi Note 3 has got an overall score of 90. If we talk about the individual score then it got 94 for photo and 82 for video.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 runs on Android 7.1 Nougat with MIUI 9 skinned on top. It features a 5.5-inch full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 660 processor clubbed with Adreno 512 GPU and 6GB or 4GB RAM. In terms of storage, the device is available in 64GB and 128GB internal storage variants. Powering the device is a 3,500mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. The Mi Note 3 comes with a front-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has been priced at CNY 24,999 (Rs. 24,500) for the 6GB RAM/64GB storage variant. Xiaomi has not launched the smartphone in India, so if you want to purchase a Mi Note 3, you have to import it from China.
